KIM.com Sentenced to a 50 year jail time...

It's unbelievable the famous website Megaupload is now not gone and the owner that goes by the nick name KIM.com has since been sentenced to 50 in jail, I felt bad when I read the news but after seeing how he lived his houses and million dollar cars don't make me feel as bad I've used Megaupload myself many time to transfer file but the fact he made money by stealing copyrighted material doesn't make me that much empathy for him even though 50 years that almost 3 life sentences basically it's as if he killed 3 people... What has the world come to please comment on what you think about KIM and Megaupload

I don't know where you got the idea that he's been sentenced to 50 years. He has so far only been charged with several offences and refused bail. The trial and conviction is some way down the line yet.

Sorry yes your correct I think I meant to write that he would be facing up to 50 years not that he is, my bad.

Woah this is still a shock to me. I need to read more into why all this happened. I visited the site megaupload and right on the front is a 'FBI Anti-Piracy' warning, which also gives information on what they are being charged with.
