Meth is Getting Popular and More People Become Crazy

Just two days ago, in my neighbour area, a guy was shot after keeping a 10 years old kid as hostage for almost 6 hours. He was scolded beaten up by the villagers for being rude and walking on the street naked he suddenly ran into a house while the whole family was watching tv with the door open. He grab a knife from the kitchen and manage to get one of the kid.
After negotiating for 6 hours, He asked for a packet of Meth and cigerate to release the kid. He was shot right behind the kid as he try to take those items by snipers. Pity that little child, she's now in trauma ward due to that incidents. Well, we all just hapen to be at the scene.. It is so tragic, but i didnt wait cause the negotiation was took so long.. so didnt get to see the shooting part..
What type of world are we living on today? People acted that way just because their head went Koo Koo for taking drugs.

Indeed, im scared what's gonna hapen to the future with current generation now are so exposed to so many bad things.. what type of world will my babies live on in the furture?

Poor guy, he has a miserable life and he is desperate to make better. But he has chosen the wrong way. I think that the authorities and the communities everywhere in the world should be held responsible for these lost people. And also the friends, many times such losers could be saved if they have good friends.
