please stop the violence This morning, my day was opened by watching the news of violence it was started of combustion in the regent's office of Bima, also burning a local election office of BIMA and then a combustion of police office in southern lampung.... why my country is full of anger? why only simple problems can become quite widespread and not just involve two people? why the argument and conflict of two people become a fight and violence between the two villages? restore a sense of peace .. Your job to protect us, Police!!!! where you are when the uncontrolled anger of some of our people?

I don't much about your country but i think violence is everywhere. I really do hope this can be stop. Why can't they just give in to each other. I think their pride is so high. About the police? they were not able to do anything to restore peace there? that's just bad.

If you are confused, I am even more confused. Now let me bring you back to the period when Soharto was the president. There was hardly ever any conficts like we find now. Freedom is now given to all citizens but they misunderstood the freedom. Our country is still too young to be well established. We are easily breakable since we live in many different islands. What I am afraid is that we will finally be separated from one another. One country could be into many. This is what I am concerned about. Let's pray that this will NEVER happen.

if your aim is want to be back soeharto era, i really disagree. yes, in the fact we never see any riots in his period. but can you understand that source of KKN (corruption, colution and nepotism) is come from his period..many people want to being a close man for Soeharto and some of them do anything even it killed his friend for getting that position...

yes i think, that can start from us we must easily for giving sorry for another people who had make mistake for us and don`t ever take revenge I was really surprised how easily we get angry and vent their resentment by burning something even the police are helpless when a bunch of people angry and set fire to something burning case in the office regency of Bima is really hard to be understood by the mind This is now a nature Indonesian people??easily angry???

i think if you want to solve the conflict especially from the rass groot problem, you can ask helping from many charismatic people in that regions (indonesian definitions "Tokoh).. not only depends on police power..it`s not efficient i think

my friend, our people has wrong to define a democracy word, also our government still like old government; doesn't care, and corrupt. what we must do is start from us, to give people around us an example.

@rastaman: yes, in Bima case, it was started because of minning..many people from 3 subdisctrict come to office of head regency of Bima and asked the head of regency come out and talk with them..but the head of regent did not come out and make many people is angry and uncontrolled and then they burnt the office.. @nophie : one case in lampung, in sidomulyo is started from a easy case i think..the competition who become the "parking man" in the Sidomulyo market..two "village preman" fight each other, and after one lost, they report to their village people and then buumb..many people conflict each other and not only involve 2 people..what embarassed

yes..i dont think it`s not only about our philosophy like that but it`s about the law enforcement our government said that our country is built from law and respect the law enforcement but in daily, our law can be bought by money and power... so it make many people think that they can do anything and no care about law
