A girl driving while using drugs and drunk hit 12 pedestrians and 9 of them is dead,the girl got 6 years of jail... while an old lady only stolen few cocoa that fallen from tree got 15 years prison... what do you think???

This is very unfair and unrealistic. I just cannot imagine how and why the law can be this unfair to some people. How old was the girl?

The Girl is about 25 years old...and she doesnt seem to feel guilty because her face was caught by camera few moments after the accident and she seems no regrets

This is indeed very unfair, I thought she was a minor. It just shows the failing side of our legal system.

Obviously it is a very mess up scenario in that state or country. All the law maekrs need a kick in their head to make thing right again before they continue to make more blunders to make the land a laughing stock for the rest of the world.

Is this a true story or a scenario? They probably don't live in the same state/country since the consequences are so different. If they do, that's pretty messed up. It depends on a lot of things, age, the laws, if they have had problems with law before, where it happened, if they had a jury decide or a judge, etc

Well this is true, they both lived in same country with the same rules,eventhough the jugde is different i dont think that the different of penalty will be so far... but according some of them the girl that used car had a lot of money to bribe the judge..but it is hard to prove
