There are many sources of antioxidants naturally and to get the most of them they must be combined with right vitamins properly. Large amount of antioxidant from ginger alone can be good but a small amount of it when combined with small amounts of other antioxidants and proper vitamins too is far more better because these nutrients works their best in synergy with others not alone. I have also felt this when I take a complete vitamins rather than just taking Vitamin C, B complex, and E. It was just so good if the combination was so balanced that I've never felt so energetic before. After trying it for myself and experiencing its good effects, I also let my parents to try it and as expected, it greatly improved their health and minimizing their dependence from their medications which are more expensive and has adverse effects when used for long years. The diseases my parents had were heart problem and goiter for my mother, then diabetes and and joint pain for my father. Of course they were taking different supplements but with same brand. That's because we believe that there is no one single capsule that can contain all the nutrients for our bodies with different nutritional needs. So I've just selected the proper combinations for them to take as recommended by our nutritionist. Actually, our bodies can always cure itself naturally, it just needs the proper nutrients and required energy to process the treatments and release its natural hormones and/or enzymes to cure itself like insulin from pancreas, glutathion from liver, Coenzyme Q10 from the heart and more.

I found your discussion very interesting, I think it is in all our best interest to take vitamins as I don't believe a lot of the food we eat provide us with enough as a lot of the food we eat is not fresh enough and sometimes we over cook our food..thank you for the good information.

Yes, I've actually read a research book and it says that getting the right amount of nutrients from our food is not practical anymore. That's because most of the vegetables we eat needs to be cooked. We know its healthier when its raw but we are not comfortable eating it that way so we half cooked it and half cooked is still cooked so the nutrients within will still be reduced. Another example is that Vitamin C from oranges. Who could eat 20 orange fruits a day just satisfy the Vitamin C alone in our RDA? not to mention, that would also be expensive. This is why nutritionists today recommend us to take supplements. And I'm glad learn that good supplement must satisfy these five criteria: 1)Complete 2)Balance 3)Potent 4)Bioavailable 5)Safe I'm confident that what me and my family is taking today satisfies those not just because scientists and researchers said so but because we can really feel it inside our bodies. -)

Right you are... Glutathione works best with VitC. Calcium works best with VitD.
