Is Bux Matrix and Buxjuntion PTC Sites Become a Scam Now

As in Bux matrix i request for cashout around 30 days now, but unable to received the cashout as well as Buxjunction which is ROI site is paying last time to members on 7jan2012 and after they didnot paid at all, so can i clicks regularly all the ads of these sites or these site is now become a scan....

I haven't joined buxjunction as i guess we need to invest there for bux-matrix its sad to see that it is having lots of problems i hope the admin fix it but he is very less active in forum so i am fearing for the worst luckily i didn't invest there i was thinking of investing there few months back but now i guess it was a right decision not to invest there
