Please don't mix the everything together!

I am talking about all the stuff they mix in with the lettuce at work which I hate!
I just like plain lettuce in my salad. I hate when they put spinach,romaine,red cabbage,carrots and salad greens in with the lettuce! I hate hate the add ins! So I go in the cooler where the lettuce is kept and just get good old plain lettuce to eat! 
So do you like your salad with just lettuce in it or mixed with everything?

I like it both ways, depending on many things. Sometimes I make a salad where a stuffed avocado is the center of the dish. There I would bot dream of using more than plain lettuce under the avocado. Sometimes I like A Cesar salad and sometimes a greek salad. It depends also on what will be the main course (a greek salad can be all I eat in a very warm day).

I am not a fan of Ceaser salads. I don't really care for romaine lettuce and ceaser dressing! I don't like avocado either! I can be a picky eater! My lettuce has to be plain with salad dressing,crouton,boiled egg,mushrooms,peas,cheese,ham and cottage chhes on it! Now that is my kind of salad!

I make all my salad dressing at home so I don´t really know what a caesar dressing is, as bought dressings go. I usually put oil, salt and lemon juice or white vinegar to lettuce salads and that´s all. I´m sorry you don´t like avocados: they are favorite for me. The lettuce salad you are describing as "plain" has a lot of ingredients though.

I usually like a plain salad as well. But, once in awhile some cukes, carrots and tomatoes with dressing I add for a change of pace.

I like to put salad dressing on my slad along with cheese,mushrooms,cottage chees,ham,croutons and peas on my salad. I sometimes I put on a slice of tomato or two. I have had slads with bacon and chicken on also.

Sounds delicious. I like to add chicken, peas and shredded carrots along with salad dressing and some sugar to sweeten it up some.

I am not a fan of ceaser salads. I am not a big romaine lover and I don't like ceaser dressing lover! I can be a picky eater at times!

I actually don't mind the add-ins but my daughter does. Just the other day, I got her a salad from Wendy's and she stressed to me to be specific about the lettuce. She just wanted regular ordinary lettuce but if you don't specify that, apparently you get the mix like you described and she hates it.

I even had a salad,similar, like this on Christmas at my older brothers! I wanted salad,took some and didn't eat it all because I don't like the spring mix in the salad! Never will!

You eat lettuce with nothing?
Personally I like some kinds of lettuce but not the carrots and also not nuts and stuff like that. Or worse of all those little cubes of old/dry bread given a french name but still is tasteless and cheap. I always throw it away.

I don'eat lettuce alone. I put stuff on like peas,mushrooms,cheese,cottage cheese,croutons,ham and dressing. I couldn't eat a salad plain! It would be tasteless and boring! With the other things in the lettuce,I will eat carrots and red cabbage only if cooked! Hate them raw!

I will put on salad dressing on my salad. I usually put cheese,peas,cottage cheese,peas,ham and mushrooms on my salad. I never have tried mayonaise or oil on my salad! I might like the mayo but not the oil on my salda!
