Go to paypal.com Register Simple as that, assuming they work with your country. Their cards aren't available in all countries: I know they have a Mastercard for the UK (I have one) and I think they have one in the US but availability depends on banking laws and so on. And if you live in Canada, why does your profile say "Nigeria"? Doing that sort of thing on Paypal will get your account suspended.

I don't know about Canada, but you need to have a few things before you sign up for PayPal: 1. A bank account with any (reputed) bank. 2. If you country has a taxation law, then you need to have a proof or tax certificate or whatever that's called in your country. As your parents and they'll tell you better. 3. You need to have a debit/credit card linked to your bank account (Not necessary at first, can be done later). 4. The most important, an internet connection! 5. An email id, the more secure (In terms of password strength), the better. Go to PayPal's sign up page, and sign up using your original name, address and other details.
