Is BMW poor quality?

I'm from China and I usually see some bad news about BMW quality, almost 3,5 series(they are made in China) Are 3,5 series cars in good quality in your country? Or just Chinese made cars are in poor quality?

In fact, many imported 7 series and X5,X6 are bad, maybe due to junk gas quality? I dare not to buy that, I prefer Lexus and Infinity.

According to Chinese drivers, Chinese made car are in bad quality in general. Because I set up a web site: www.clubofdriver.com ?????,so I did something on cars.
