Give clothing for a 6 month old, because soon her mom will have all clothing that is too small for her, and will be grateful for your gift! My family does this and it's always very appreciated.

depends on what you want to spend,give quilts or dresses or nappies or rattles if you do not want to spend much.For money I will recommend rockers or swings from fisher price they re just too good.check them out on fisher-price.com

Clothes is always helpful. Do you know what the parents need? There are so many things out there now a lot of choices. A baby swing. Baby's love the swings.
