I know that smoking is dangerous to man's health. It can cause many diseases especially related to our respiratory system. As much as I want to stop it, I don't think I can. It is really hard especially if it already became a habit. I need some advice.

Stop it, STOP IT, stop it. There are many options, but basically it comes down to making the decision and sticking to it, I know that your will power is stronger then your chemical dependency. Everyone is, if they take the time to make it so. But, it is a trying process, I have witnessed it several times in my life. Some books help, so products help, but mostly you have to decide which is more important, your health or your addiction? This short video may help you in some ways. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ow0lr63y4Mw Best of Luck to you. If I had to do it, I think I would isolate myself for a month, on a camping trip or some such, where I had no access to nicotine until it was completely purged from my system, and I could easily replace the habit with another, healthier one. Sincerely and With Appreciation.

Well, one way to quit smoking is to never start. But it seems many of us have been curious and have had to follow the crowd on this. I have tried smoking as a teen, and happy to say I quit right away. Mostly due to lack of money. I have never started up again even when I had more money thankfully. You can think of all the vacations you can take rather than using your $$ to buy cigs all the time, it worked for a friend of mine. She takes many vacations anyways via her job but she is still way richer now than she used to be, those ciggies are so darn expensive these days aren;t they? You will save alot if you quit them, they are so bad for your health, they just make you very ill and lung cancer isn't anything to look forward to.

just stop smoking! i was a smoker too you know... but i haven't smoke for like six months now... the thing is people think of things to justify their cravings like i have an addiction or something, but the truth is it's all in the mind... if you have a weak mental strength then you wouldn't make it even an hour... but if you focus and give your all then it won't be that hard... my uncle and my father smoke before (years ago) but now they don't... like i said it all in the mind!
