Hi friends,
I have some money in liberty reserve. i want to transfer it to my friend, who also have account in liberty reserve.
So is it possible to transfer my liberty reserve account balance to my friend's account?

login your liberty reserve welcome page step 3(LOGIN PIN) Transfer(top of the page)
after put the detail with your friends liberty reserve account no.

this is called internal transfer. You do not need an exchanger for that.
