Weight loss target not met,

Hi there friends, Well Guess what, It is a big disappointment that i did not hit the weight that I was expecting, It is one day before Feb 1st and i am still 192lbs, I am thinking maybe a crash diet today but that will defeat the purpose of getting fit the healthy way, so i guess i'll just push a little bit more harder this Feb. Any advice guys?

I would say yes definitely AVOID crash dieting!! The number on the scale might improve but in the long run you really aren't helping yourself. I'm going to start setting some fitness & weight goals for myself too - this winter has been pretty lazy for me! I wouldn't mind losing like 20 pounds before summer and bikini season rolls around . Good luck with your weight loss & fitness goals! Don't be discouraged that you didn't hit your goal...Just work harder at it!
