Water, will clean you up,

Hi there people, I love drinking water and also love it cold, there are tons of water benefits and one of them is that it will clean you up, additional water in the blood dilutes stuff and increases the filtration done by your liver or kidneys since wate brings almost everything along with it towards this filtration systems. So drink atleast 8-10 glasses a day to get your inside cleaned up.

Hi deodavid. Yes I have often heard this is true, water is a healthy way of cleaning your system and flushing out the bad particles that may still be inside your body. You're very wise to remind us about that, I try to drink as much water as I can throughout the day, not the tap water though, cause here it can be harmful. I like to think the water I drink not harms me but flushes out the enemies. :-) So its bottled water for me.

Hey there nailtech, Thanks for appreciating my shared knowledge, yes it is important to drink water and drink clean water in my country we do have clean tap water but you can never be too sure so i bought a filtering system that removes any unwanted minerals and microorganisms in the water it is usually cleaned and replaced in a specific time and it is just great, make sure that you drink the water from the bottle and put the bottle in the recycle bin. There is also a study that once a sealed water bottle is open toxins from the plastic bottle tend to seep to the water so to avoid it one time use of plastic bottle is essential, you can always put it for recycling anyway right, take care nail tech, sooo cute.

Yeah water is best for your body. That's why you need it everyday. Water does not hurt your body. Unless it's contaminated or something it only does good. Any excess water you just pee out, it doesn't clog up your body or whatever. So drink as much as you need to, obviously within reason though or you might get stomach aches.

Hey pumpkin the pie, Yeah water is really beneficial to the body and a lot of water in moderation will keep your system in proper check so let us drink and not water intoxicate so that our body will function properly.

There are far too many people in the world who don't drink enough water, and one of the most simple things that we can do to improve our own health is just that. Water can bring a lot of health benefits and I like the fact that when I drink more water my skin looks much brighter and clearer the next day. In addition to this it can help you to have more energy. I think that there should be more education about drinking water because not enough people realise just how much of a helpful tool it can be to them.

But be careful as water contains unorganic minerals that our body doesn't need. It will in the long run accumulate in the artery. If it is not removed, it will surely clog the artery and causes problems.

Ha that is why you need lots of fruits and veggies that have components that help in making the arteries full of natural moisteners that helps against atherosclerosis and embolus so let us drink clean water and eat lots of veggies and fruits, chow bro.

Hi Deo! Like what my clinical chemisty professor once said, "Water Works Wonders." When i had a consultation one time due to colds, the doctor said, "People go gaga over glutathione and yet they are missing out on the value of water. They didnt know that water itself is a vitamin too."

hi gracee, Yepp lots of minerals in there, and really water makes your system work well if your hydrated well blood circulation is good and not thick also helps in diabetes to dilute thoise extra sugars in the system and also makes sure that the kidney is filtering well. SO drink the proper amount to your need and be watery!
