I sneezed and did not cover my mouth

I had always been a complainer of people sneezing and not covering their mouths while doing so. Now it happened to me this morning. It just happened so quickly I did not even feel it coming. The bad part was, I was facing this other passenger and so I accidentally sneezed directly into her face. It was too late for her to cover her face. I felt guilty about it, but what can I do? It just happened all of a sudden. Now I know that you can't control nor predict your sneeze all the time. It comes unexpectedly.

Sneezing is a reflex and sometimes we cannot control it or we are caught offhandedly. Bad thing if that happened in the train where passengers are stuck to each other. I, sometimes have the urge to sneeze especially when i smell something that my nose could not tolerate, but if i cannot get my hankie from my bag quickly, i just cover my mouth with my hand. Sneeze could spread droplets with viruses in it so we better keep a hankie on hand.

It just happened that my hands were busy looking for something in my bag when the sneeze broke. Too bad.

I understand it is embarrasing for you.. but next time you guys get into kind of sneezing mode, just hold your nose for 10 seconds and whizz your sneeze goes off.. Please do not do this often, as this would pose danger, since the sneeze comes in greater speed and controlling the same can affect our brains!!

It is not difficult to say sorry right??(^^) Yes, there will be time when we can't hold it and next time if you feel like you want to sneeze perhaps you could look down rather than facing straight to others. Most of the time, we don't have enough time to get something to cover the mouth~(^^)

Good day Cutie18f, Well, there are times, it is quite difficult to control this thing. As a result, you will really sneeze out without consciously covering your nose. But, with that you have shared, it is annoying situation in part of the girl who is in-front of you. Thus, you have throwned out the germs into her face.

if this happen you are in a real difficult situation, but what you have to do is give them something to clean there self and say 1000 times sorry. But i also don't know what to do after it also the other person who get it in his face would go away from the place were it happened as fast as he/she can if other people saw it. I am happy it was not me who was in that situation, but thanks for sharing this!

Let's hope those you always pointed at will accept your apologizes.. and what counts about sneezing counts for many other things. We can't always control our body.

i would feel embarrass and guilty if that happened to me when i accidentally sneezed right into a person's face..it didn't happen yet, but also when a sneeze is about to come, we can feel it or sometimes it is so sudden we cannot control it already..i can also imagine how the person have felt..she must be so disgusted and angry at the same time...

Im not sure about that, i usually feel a sneeze coming on and usually have enough time to turn the other direction or cover my mouth or even grap a tissue for that matter. Im not usually around alot of people so when i sneeze im by myself or might not be around anyone at all. I might sneeze when out in public but usually i will always cover my mouth then use my hand saniter that is attached to my purse at all times. If i couldnt predict my sneezes i would have a hard time because i have some serious allergies and i sneeze quit alot.

OK, it came all of a sudden, what could you do? But many of my co-workers don't have such excuse because they just don't bother to cover their mouths. We work in a big room and in the flu seasons there are plenty of viruses flying around,

I feel sorry for the lady, Did you apologize? I hope so, because for sure you pissed her off. If i sneeze i think i can predict or feel it before it happens, so once it happen i cover my mouth, i don't want to pissed people off, because i know they hate that. Well, anyways, i hope you don't have some airborne disease or something, or else she could have been infected. LOL.
