Guys can you help me figure out where can i apply to any online jobs?? i've been looking for it for a quiet while...everytime i landed to an online job they ask for registration fee...do online jobs ask for registration fee?? are they legit site?? i am hesitant because there so many scam out there....so anyone who has an idea need your help...

Better never pay in order to get paid.
That is my own golden rules. 
By the way, I am not really sure what do you mean about "online jobs" - because there're plenty of them.
But generally I will suggest you to apply on Odesk or Elance. That's a marketplace for freelancer with various jobs to do. There would be no registration fees there.
