I think its simple. From the word "practical" that means you can use your own opinion or idea in answering questions. I think the answers could be taken from our own experiences. I don't really know how they do it in your country but in my country it is quite simple. I guess that you should prepare by doing like regular jogging and stuff to help your endurance. Don't over do it though because it can harm you more than help you.
