the Lantern Festival

Do you know that every year the fifteenth day of the first lunar month in China is the Lantern Festival..On that day, many Chinese will go to the temple fair,enjoy the beautiful lanterns ,and to guess lantern riddles ...For me ,the most important thing is to eat some rice glue ball( food that looks like a small ball ,white,made from rice)... Here in China,next Monday will be the Lantern Festival...I am looking for it... Have you heard about it before?

I'm not that familiar with the Chinese Lantern Festival but I'm pretty sure it's a colorful and awesome sight like that of your other festivals.How long does this last? Is your rice glue ball somewhat similar to the Japanese sushi?

exactly,this Festival is very excited.only last one day.i think rice glue ball has a big gap with sushi.it is produced by rice and stuffing.needs to be cooked in boiled water.

I very much like the sound of the Lantern Festival. I can just imagine the Chinese people with all their pretty looking lanterns. The riddles sound most charming and sweet. The small white balls are made from rice because that is a very popular food stuff. This is the first time that I have heard about the Chinese Lantern Festival.

of course i heard the lantern festival.because now i am in Beijing where should be regarded this festival rises.Haha,now Beijing have been ornament by varied lanterns.very beautiful.welcome to Beijing. come to YUANXIAO(rice glue ball),very delicious.as many sorts of stuffing,so many sapor will be produced out. haha
