I am a habit of getting up early every day

Usually I get up at 6:30 or 7:00 am. But recently, I found that getting up early would be better for me. I had arranged to sleep early at night the next morning, I could not get up at 5:30 am that tired. I simple exercise, then do a little housework. Then I make breakfast for the whole family. Do get up early, I have more time to enjoy a glass of ice coffee with milk in a leisurely, comfortable, something I could not do before, though I want. The getting up early made ??me see life more beautiful and more meaningful.

Well getting up early works for those who have a day job, and really an essential part to being able to start your day, but I work Swing shift and not home from work until around 1 a.m. so by the time I wind down it is at least 3 a.m. So for me getting up any earlier than 10 is almost impossible. Even on my days off I try to about keep the same schedule just so I am not too tired the first day that I go back too work.

hi tkonlinevn, That is a good thing to wake up early every day. My parents are like that too. In my case, I love it whenever I wake up early because i feel that I become more productive once I wake up early. But now, it is difficult for me to do that since I sleep late at night. I have a very demanding job aside from that, I am currently taking up my Masters Degree. Our city government also sends me to a computer school to study that adds to my schedule. Waking up at 6:00 am is the earliest time for me. Usually, I wake up at 7 am before I really feel sleepy and tired.

I've always been an early riser. I don't sleep well. I use to work the 3-11pm shift. I hated it because I still wanted to get up early and did. My husband always asks me how a can get by with a little sleep. I just do what I need to do. Best Wishes!

I too get up early. Your body gets used to waking up at a certain time each day. If the sun is shining that day your body reacts to the sunlight also. Some days I would like to sleep in longer but my body is used to waking up at the same time each day. I usually wake up around seven or eight am. I am very busy on the internet these days so I try to start by nine am. I signed up for some surveys and My lot and it's keeping me quite busy, that's good , I guess. I also try to go to bed at night at the same time and your body gets used to that too and I get sleepy around ten or eleven pm then read a little then sleep bedtime. My dog and cat curl up with me too. My poor husband doesn't sleep well and snores so he sleeps alone sometimes.

I love getting up early as well...cause usually my kid would still be asleep, and I would have time to clean up the house, check on my online shop and prepare breakfast for my husband. ...but I only get to do that during my off at work, cause I work at night..lol.

The earlier you wake up, the better it is as long as you turn in earlier. I am used to waking up at 03:30 am. It's the best time to get a brilliant idea. Smart idea often comes up at this hour. Whether you can get up this early or not, I think, it depends on how soon you go to bed. I find waking up early difficult when I stay up till mid night. Indeed, waking up early will make you day more beautiful and meaningful. You are right.

Waking up early can really give you more time to do more things. I've been waking up before the sun rises for a couple of years now and I've felt very productive each day. And I no longer feel I'm always in a rush. Besides, I like seeing the sun rise while I'm having my cup of coffee. It's just very relaxing for me :)

Much people go very late to bed and get up as late as possible, but then you have to hurry very much in the morning and get some stress. I also like to get up early, because i'm also more awake. So i also can do things better and enjoy things more like what you said about the ice coffee. Only in the summer i think it is very hard to go sleep early because then it is still light outside and in the winter it is more easy because it is dark very early.

Since i don't have a work right now, i can wake up anytime i want. But the bad thing is that, i'm already used to in waking up at 6:30 am. The first thing i do is open my computer and open mylot. LOL. I have no choice i can't sleep once i woke up. LOL. But waking up early is really good, i could see the sun rising and the birds chirping. Sometimes i go out and feel the breeze of cold air while saying my prayers. I always take a deep breath and say to myself that everything is going to be ok.

That's a great way to start your morning :) I used to get up early. But I do not any more. Becase of my work schedule I have turned into more of a vampire than I wanted to and end up staying up all night and part of the morning before I end up feeling tired enough to go to sleep. I loved getting up early though, it seemed there were so many more things you could do in the mornings than at night, but I believe I will always be a night owl. Great discussion post by the way!

I try to get up early, but when the alarm goes off, I usually don't want to get up. I don't work so I don't HAVE to get up, so I will go back to sleep. I try and exercise on most days, and if I don't get up early and do it first thing, I won't do it.

i have to be at work at 8 and I always find it hard to get up early in the morning. I always set up my alarm a 30 minutes before I really have to wake up because I am not one of those people who would immediately wake up as soon as the alarm starts. I do get what you are saying with waking up earlier. For the few times that I woke up early, I did not actually had to rush and I took my time to eat breakfast and eat coffee and not eat my breakfast on my car on the way to work which is what I usually do.

Hi tkonlinevn, I think that good for anyone who wants to get up early,,,But I am not a early morning person...I can't function to great getting up that early unless I have a reason... I do wish I could get more sleep than I do. because I just can't go to bed early...I can go to bed approximaley 1-3 in the morning and I am still up by 9:00 the next morning...once I see the day light through my window, I can not go back to sleep and its very difficult for me to sleep in the day time unless Iam really feeling bad of the meds... People say old folks normally go to sleep early but not this old foggie....LOL

I guess I'm having the habit of getting up early as well. Not matter how late I stay previous night, I will wake up automatically the next day tomorrow before 8:00am. I do agree with you that we could have more time to enjoy a day waking up early. I like the scene and feelings of morning, the begining of a day!!
