Ghost in Accident Prone Area ...

Have you ever experienced seeing ghost in accident prone area?
One night I was driving going back home, I was alone and its too quite that night, while driving I saw the sign "accident prone area"., after a minutes of driving there was a kid who suddenly show up crossing the street I was shock and quickly stop the car to avoid hitting the kid, when the kid crossed the street he disappear, I feel creepy and drive fast just to get away in that place..
Do you think ghost in accident prone area getting life? because they suddenly show up and frighten many driver that can cause an accident. are they also victim of an accident?

well I don't think ghost are still a live but as you said maybe it's possible. but in my whole life this type of case a I saw only in movies not in real life.
maybe that kid your imagination nothing to more.
