do you sometimes forget your password?

i have signed up a lot of things on websites,but some of them are not used very often,so i forgot the username or password.though there're ways to get it back via e-mail or questions,but still will take sometime~~~
do you ever meet this problem///

i never forget my password but sometimes for some unknown reason my password will be rejected, even if I was like using it for years and I have to get through the painful process of password recovery. I lost my gmail account once cos my password is change for no reason and I get through 2 weeks of hell to recover it. My email is not hacked, its their servers them selves that changed my password.
