Over dosage of vitamins?

I had been hearing alot on the news for awhile that there might be too many people taking too much vitamins, in a bottle that is and over the counter. I was wondering if that had been causing my ear to have a "heart beat" in it for weeks, so I tried to stay away from the vitamins and now that I have cut back on them I don't get those "heart beats" in my ear all the time like I was. So do you think that I might have been right about the vitamins? I'm still taking the vitamins but just not every day. My DR told me I should take them awhile back due to some health woes, but maybe now I don't need them as much, I think, and just to mostly rely on healthy foods I eat.

a lot of people usually go for a speed intake of vitamins . But, the best way to provide the body with vitamins is to take the foods which contains the vitamins. these taking of vitamin pills will have some side effects which doctors will not reveal .

Yea, I'm sure the doctors don't tell you the side effects, thats why I always look things up on my own and research all the time. I have learned alot by doing that and becoming my own doctor. I don't recommend it for everyone though, not all of us think alike on such things and should use caution. I just think I have kind of a good sense of medical 'this and that' at times.
