On June 3rd, I went to Coconuts to Buy Def Leppards latest cd. the day before I bought the 3 disc set of Wrestlemania 22 on dvd. I waited at Borders for Coconuts to open. While I waited, I was at Border's where I bought 3 magazines. In January, I injured my right foot getting of the bus on my way to a job interview. I was not in Coconuts 5 minutes before this guy comes up to me and says, "You can't be here for something you did last week." The final week of May, the only day I went out was Sunday to buy the Sunday papers, then I went back home to rest and let my foot get better. The rest of the week, I was at home or walked with a friend to Walgreens four blocks away. I was stunned at the accusation. I asked what I was being accused of. I realized after I was banned for something I never did that In look like somone who actually did steal. I asked what day and the black security guard said in a very mean and nasty tone of voice, "We don't have to tell you anything! When you accuse an innocent person of something that they never did, you need to answer. I ended up walking in extreme pain to Tower Records and bout 2 2 cd sets instead. I have people who can verify that I was never anywhere near Coconuts when the person did steal.

That is a really bad situation. It never has happened to me but it has happened to someone that I knew and it was quite rather frustrating. There are a lot of times where people just assume that you are someone, because of resemblance and guilty until proven innocent by some people. It is really a sad and agitating situation, that is no fault of your own. In the end, there are many people who don't care about the facts. They don't care about coincidence. They just don't care, there are a lot of types of people who will just shoot first and ask questions absolutely never to say the very least. There are times where it is guilty until proven innocent to say the very least. And people refusing to tell you why, that's even a worse deal.

Write to the store and complain, and state that if not satisfied, you will also contact head office and your local newspaper, and additionally you will start cases against them for slander (spoken by the security guard) and libel (if they accuse you in writing).
