The folks at PETA can't stand to see anyone make a rational decisions. I guess they met the kind of "judge" they like.. one that has even less ability to think.
The question at hand is, are animals protected by anti Slavery laws?
Apparently neither the losers at PETA nor U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Miller are capable of rational thought, because both are willing to even give the case a serious moment of their time.
Answer.. NO!
There, case closed... for everyone with a brain.

You mentioned "PETA", so I knew right off that the situation would be ridiculous. PETA recognizes a distinction between people and other animals. Even their name implies so. The constitution states that the laws should apply equally to people born within the U.S. in the 14th amendment.
Animals besides humans are not people.
Thus the point is moot, and this entire thing is a waste of taxpayer money. The judge should rule so, and PETA should go back to their old habit of killing family pets and wasting money on shock campaigns.
Well, they shouldn't, because that behavior is disgusting - but they will because that's what they do.

PETA has always been nuts. God wants us to take care of the animals, but they are not people.

First off PETA is basically a terrorist organization.
But really, is this legit? Are you kidding me. This why no one takes America seriously. Ahaha silly Americans got sent to jail by whales in zoo. Really?
Lastly that's not slavery, that whale got a good job, he got his own place, a professional, I bet a maid even cleans his house, and you know he's got a good health care plan. Thats not slavery. That's the American dream. I don't see orcas bumming change.
And if that passes will they get to vote. And they better be paying taxes.
