Good rest and sound sleep is very
important... if u don't sleep well,
the toxic in your body will accumulate..
Affecting your health and your mood...
It may causes of liver damage. Take note...don't always sleep late!! How about you do you sleep 8 hours a day?

Hi Boy, when my child is still young, i always sleep very late. Sometimes i even only able to sleep for 3 - 4 hours per day. When my child started to attend Kindy class, i started to have a much better sleep until now. I see myself able to spend 5 - 7 hours a day for sleeping. I am happy that my sleeping hours have improved a lot.

The deep sleep is very important for the body.A proper 8 hr sleep is also a must.however the body tries to cover up the loss by yawning and afternoon napping.

No, I don't sleep late. My sleeping pattern had just changed. I'm a night owl. I'm awake at night and asleep at day light. I sleep more than 8 hours a day.

Sleeping maximum of eight hours is the normal sleeping hours of a normal healthy body. I think you need to keep this in your mind and do do the best.

I read about this when I was teens on a newspaper. It was written that you might get heart cancer if you stay late at night and wake up late. I thought it would just be okay to sleep late as long as I don't wake up at noon. I guess I was wrong.
What about someone who's insomnia? He'll always sleep late.

I mostly just used to sleep on time at 10:30. This is the time I just used to go to my bed. This timing gets changed only when I am having loads to do.

Hi,
You are right We shouldn't sleep very late. I don't sleep very late. When there is interesting program on TV then I sleep late. but generally I go to bed at 10 p.m. Sleep is very important for our health. I take 8 hours sleep daily. If I don't have enough sleep then I feel very restless next day.

I didn't know that it will cause liver damage if one person's sleeping habits is not enough. I sleep late but I usually get a good and sound sleep. Although there were times that I was not able to sleep well, usually when there are something that's bothering my mind. Yes I do sleep hours a day sometimes - it varies, there were times I sleep less than 8 hours and sometimes more than 8 hours a day.

I always sleep late since I have problem on that. I know its not good to our body but how can I sleep late 8 hrs a day? Having a sleep disorder is not good to our body it will affect to our health.
