Blackberry 9300 3G

My newest phone I just bought is the Blackberry 9300 3G. I bought it because it has a quad band feature. And because its 3G. What is 3G btw? Haha. Now my question is: What features does it have more if it has voice notes and file(pics, music, documents) transfer in BBM aside from that it is easier to upload pictures in FB?
