I would not suggest her wearing a dress. In fact there are two outfits that most employers look to see. A jacket with a skirt or a jacket with a pair of nice slacks. If they are part of a suit it looks more professional. The jacket and shirt colors that are worn by most executives are black, grey and navy blue. The shirt underneath usually is white. Although a light grey or very pale blue would work too. Don't wear anything floral or bold colors. Good luck with the outfit and tell your sister we hope her interview goes well!

Hi makemoneonline. Tell your sister to wear a neutral colored suit with skirt. The skirt should be a little below the knee and never shorter above the knee. Blouse should be cotton or skilk. Use basic pumps with 1"-2" heel. Use simple accessories. Tell her to put some make-up. It should be minimal and in conservative tones. And she must also prepare herself to the questions of her future boss. Good luck.

At a formal job interview I would wear a white blouse, a jacket and a matching skirt. On my feet I would wear low healed shoes. Good luck to your sister with her interview. I advise arrive late and have questions in mind to ask them. She should tie her hair back if it is long.

You know, our attire plays an important and supporting role during an interview. Maybe you can put on navy, dark grey, black or white colors' fabric, which is conservative but also safe. In short, make it clean and neat, I'm sure you can leave a good impression... Good Luck! :D
