No It is very hazardous to hair, believe me. No hair gel has any quality in it. If you put gel on your hair, immediately stop it.

hehehe, yes, well, i do... oh, what i mean is, i did. especially when i am having duty in hospital, hair shouldbe fixed, brushed up with hair net... heheheh
