I myself did not experience first hand a surgery before. But a few days ago my girlfriend was operated for the exact same medical condition you had, acute appendicitis. She felt so painful before the surgery and still painful a few days after the surgery. She told me that her pain today is not so severe now. I'm going to get her some essence of fish to help boost the healing. Just hope that she would recover soon and be healthy again.

Well maybe next few months I am going to have a knee surgery on my left knee. I injured it playing basketball and now I am left with partially torn acl so I need it to be fixed so I can play basketball again. The healing process might take weeks but the rehabilitation is the one that's going to take a long period of time. I hope that my operation on my knee is going to be successful. I really hope that it will happen without any complications whatsoever. HAppy Mylotting to all.

I had three surgery done in my life.
I gave birth to my kids thru caesarian operation.
It's not that painful with all the meds- but the scar remains as evidence.

Hi HeartCJ1921!
Its good to hear that you are now in a healing process. For me, I haven't undergo in any surgery and I hope I will not experience it.
Well, I don't know giving a normal delivery or giving birth considered as surgery. That is the only reason why I went to the hospital and that never followed. Thank God.
Get well soon. :)

Yes, I have undergone a surgery. It is just a minor surgery called excision of the mole on my right face. I have this relative doctor who suggested to excise my mole since it is growing. He said that if we won't take it off, it will become cancerous.
During the operation, it was my grand father(the doctor) who is the surgeon while my cousin assisted or act as the scrub nurse. I was anesthetized so i could not feel the pain but i could still hear them saying, "knife". hehe.
After the surgery, i feel more confident without my mole on my face.

Hi Heart! I had bunion surgery around 5 years ago. Some consider it vanity but for me, it was really painful.
