Wants tips to earn good Google Adsense earning

I am having my own blogs and receiving monthly more then 6000 unique visitors and more then 150000 page hits but my Google Adsense earning is only 25USD in the last 4 months and tired to get good result,please advise me or give some tips to increase the earning . Awaiting positive reply.
