Hey there guys,
This is great a new day a new time to continue my road to getting thin, Today i will focus more on weights since i injured my right calf on a basketball game, so I guess more on stomach and arms workout for the days to come, and ill be needing the right amount of banana for potassium and meat for protein for complete healing of my calf hope i can get back to complete work out soon my body is egging for it.

Bananas are plentiful in my country, it is cheap , good source of potassium and fiber, and most of all the taste is excellent i plan to buy a juicer someday so that i can juice fast for 60 days i would always have mango and banana in the mix with other veggies and fruits to hasten my weight loss and get me healthy.

That's great! Supplying your muscles with Potassium by eating Bananas. It will certainly help you become physically fit. And not only that. Eating Bananas is also good for the eyes. They are rich in Vitamin A which is good for our eyes' health.

Hey there magtibaygom,
Anyway i plan to have a much much stronger body and physically fit status by the end of this year so i guess i need to fuel myself with the good stuff so that i can perform better in workouts and hasten my strengthening and getting to the body i want. Good for the eyes eh, that is the first time ive heard of it tnx for the info.

Potasium is used in muscle contraction, so bananas are essential if you are used to doing a lot of physical activity! The lack of potasium causes many problems that are easiley avoidable, just go bananas!
