No. Chelsea (and even John Terry) hadn't to be blame for Capello's case.
It's the interfering FA that should be blamed on.
Capello dislike the way FA intervene his authority as the national coach. In fact, regarding Terry's case, FA should have called Capello first and ask his opinion. But they didn't.
This is the reason why Capello feels he had enough with FA. So he quit.

but i read in another portal that one of FA director said that FA had losing patience because capello is failed give the best achievement for capello in World cup 2010..
for him, he say that capello should quit after poor performance of england in world cup 2010

Why should people blame chelsea for Capello's quit? It's the FA who force him to leave and not chelsea. Whatever happens is the player's fault and John terry should shouldered everything. He's been charged and it's only right for him to be strip of his captaincy. However, his case has not been heard and unless proven guilty, he's still an innocent man, and that's why Capello stand by him. Chelsea has nothing to do with the whole incident even though John terry is a chelsea man.
