i already cannot count the number of novel books i bought on the fingers of my hands and toes of my feet! haha! i started last month with mary higgins clark and judith mcnaught novels. then with john grisham's and lately with contempory novels authored by cecelia ahern, emily griffin, mitch albom, paolo coelho, rachel gibson, ciara geraghty, nicholas sparks and james patterson! after i finished one novel, i would start hunting for another novel at the bookstore. whew, the money i spent for books? lots of it! but i do not regret it! i just love my books and its becoming my latest collection! are you a book addict too? =))

Its nice to get ideas from you. I have not yet read novels of nora roberts though i always see them in bookstores, i'll try reading her novels one of these days. I also like Nicholas Sparks though most of his novel have a rather sad, tragic endings. Thanks for the response.

I'm not, but I wish I could have more time to read books. I only read the books that I need for my college. I remember that when I was a kid, I used to read the books for fun, but now, it's something very exhausting.

I am a book addict. Karen Kingsbury is my most recent favorite author. I do love Nicholas Sparks, John Grisham, and James Patterson too. Reading is my favorite way to relax. I love reading at night in bed. It helps me to escape the stresses of the day. I can't read as often as I would like being a single parent of 2 small children and working a full time job but I do manage to make time to read most every day.

Yes, I am a book addict too and I'm proud of it I even have a book review blog to keep track on book I have read. It's fun and by blogging, I get to know other book lovers out there too. Reading is very entertaining for me and I just can't believe how boring it is not to have a book to read.

Yep I love to read novels, read a lot of Lee Child's (Jack Reacher, his main character, is like dirty Harry and beats up/shoots lots of bad guys). Also Love L Ron Hubbard's stuff, I'm on book number 6 of his 'Mission Earth' dekalog. L Ron was a very smart guy, he wrote the ten novels to run like a soap opera, so you have to buy the next one in the sequence to find out what happens to the characters in it. I buy them for £0.99 on ebay so you don't have to spend a fortune to get a good entertaining read......also like Robert Anton Wilson's stuff. I've got the Kindle for PC software (free from Amazon) so you can save that way by buying e-books (cheaper than paper and ink and you can also download free books)......

I absolutely love reading novels. I've enjoyed reading them, since I was a kid. It's something that I've always found fun to do. It's very relaxing.

I am addicted as well! I especially love Mary Higgins Clark and James Patterson. I am just getting into James Patterson, so I've only read 3 or 4 of his books so far. But I have been reading Mary Higgins Clark since I was a little kid! Now that I'm getting a little older I like more 'gritty' crime/mystery novels, but they are still good. A couple of my favorite Mary Higgins Clark books are "Moonlight Becomes You" and "Where are the Children" - MAN those two are very good! But I'm sure I've read almost all of her books over the years.... I could never force myself into Nicholas Sparks although I'll admit to have read a few...I prefer more exciting novels, like crime/mysteries rather than romances, as those tend to proceed very slowly into the plot line (and there is often little to no action). Plus when you're single, the happy (or sad) endings often leave me depressed. HA HA. If you like Patterson, you should try these authors: Lisa Gardner (SHE IS MY FAVORITE!!! Read: "The Killing Hour"), Tami Hoag, and a new one I'm just starting to get into: Iris Johansen. I also like memoirs, some chick lit, etc. But my main focus has always been crime/mystery - not sure what my infatuation is with that.... But I like your taste in authors! Very nice! HAPPY READING!!! If you have any really awesome books to suggest you should comment on this or message me! I am always looking for good reads!!!!

Yes I am a book addict. I go to browse for books in the local bookstore we have and wind up purchasing 2 or 3 before I have left. I have some really awesome hardbacks over paperbacks and as I am finished reading them I have two friends that really appreciate reading a good book so I do pass it on. I love holding the book as I read. I might eventually get an ereader, but I have to admit I love roaming the book store to find perfect books to browse through. I am not held to any one author. I tend to pick and choose from Titles and read the cover and back page to see if its a book I want to read. Right now I am reading The Virgin Queen's Daughter by Ella March Chase. I still love learning about the Tudor period with Henry VIII. I find that period fascinating reading. Enjoy your books and have a wonderful evening.

sadly with the deteriation of my eyesight over the last few years i have not read a book in some time. after a while it becomes sore and the enjoyment is no longer there. i started reading when i was very young and devoured books one after another. i have no idea how many but it is a lot. losing yourself in someones elses imagination is a wonderful thing and i wish i had the ability to entertain so many people. beats TV hands down!
