How Sandboxies Work??

I downloaded sendboxies but I don't know how it is work. if any buddy know then please tell me guys.

I haven't tried it yet. But whenever I am opening a program or software with my computer, my Avast antivirus informs me that the program is being opened and run in "sandbox" so any harmful programs in them won't harm my computer. Is that the "sandbox" you are referring to?

bro sandboxie are converted your trial program to full version but I don't know how. that's why I'm asking here.
