could someone explain me how does 20doolars2surf work? I simply need to let the tollbar on ?

I too had installed this toolbar and let it on all the time. But the $20 seems to be beyond normal reach, unless we have tons of referrals.
The maximum points one can earn is 10000 points (But I made just around 1500 points, which is around 12 to 15 cents a month).
And I've seen few people complaining about it, so I just uninstalled it from my PC. Why should I take chance when I'm not sure whether I'll be paid or not?
Instead, I am using MyBrowserCash, which is earning me around 25cents per day as a free member.
