What are the promises your husband can't keep?

As far as I'm concerned, my husband has always kept his promises. I don't think that he's ever not kept a promise he's made. At least, not that I know of. Every promise he's made to me, he's kept.

My partner always promises that he will do his share of work around the house because of the fact that I work full time and he doesn't work at all at the moment. I think that this is a fair thing to expect of him, but when I finish my work I will always get back to the lounge to find that he is still in his night clothes watching television and hasn't actually bothered to move for the whole of the day. I will admit that I do find that rather annoying, but there seems to be nothing to do to change that because that's always been the way that he was.
