Hey mylotters! I'm planning to open my own food stall. And I am planning to sell pastas only. I have some in mind but I need more options for me to test. Can you give me some Pasta dishes that can be made easily (preferably baked) and can stay fresh for atleast a few hours. I'm planning to sell servings first, then whole pans of pasta made to order. the pasta recipes I already have are: Baked ziti, baked macaroni, carbonara, and lasagna. Thanks on advance! :D

I love oil and garlic pasta. If I may suggest, you should try it. it's easy to cook too, you just need to saute any ingredient that you may want, in my case, I tried shrimp or sardines or tuna or ham or bacon. Just saute it with garlic and onion in olive oil, use some herbs that are suitable for pasta. You can add green or red bell pepper if you like. Then when it is cooked, topped it with parmesan cheese. You can experiment on the taste. That is what I usually do. It is just that simple, but surprisingly my family and friends love it. So I suggest you try it if you can add it in your menu. Good luck. =)

I like oil based pastas too. Problem with it is it doesn't stay fresh as long as baked pastas do. I cook alot of aglio olio and even serve it with sliced chicken or seafoods but it wouldn't be good if I cook it now and serve it later. It should be served ala minute or to order. Thanks for your suggestion though. :)

I love pasta so much. Maybe you could try mac and cheese, spaghetti bolognese or fettucini ala king. I hope you'd do good on your business. From your list above, I pretty much would start with something like that and get to learn other recipes in the long run. Good luck!
