if you started a diet in january - are you still sticking to it?

            hi every one!
I started my diet as a new years resolution and have so far lost 8 1/2 lbs. however last week, due to a party and way too many extra calories i put on a 1 1/2 lbs! i feel really demotivated as i know how long that took me to lose and not I have to do it again!
any one else in the same boat? any advice to get back on track?
