life is full of surprises and each day we are dealing with those that either make us happy or frustrates us to the highest level. i am very patient person and i am always positive. as what i have learned from a good speaker we had for our ISO seminar, speak about things positively and control your anger and note the day you started not to be angry and count them. he said, for the past 3 years, he never got angry and frustrated. how about you? do you easily get frustrated when something went wrong?

Well usually when im frustrated i just keep things inside and dont let other know things are frustrating or in other words irritating me. Well i do get frustrated at my boss more than anyone at all. He will talk into the phone and want me to udnerstand what he is saying but he talks so quietly that i cant even hear him and sometimes i have to hang up on him and he gets mad but im repeating myself saying what did you say all the time and i just dont bother with that at all. Now when he is in the office and talking to the guys on the jobs he is practically yelling on the phone and then ill be on the phone in the office probably with a client and have to put them on hold till he is done talking so i can hear them because he is so loud i have no idea what they are saying at all to me. Just really weird and it frustrates me really bad.

I must be honest and say that I am quite easily frustrated. I would feel frustrated when something does not go according to how I wanted it to be, or something bad happens. Unfortunately, almost everything in my life seems to go wrong and this actually frustrates me so much that I get so depressed and tired of it. Anyhow, I realize that I can reduce my frustration if I try and look at things from a different angle and more open minded state. I did that, still I feel bad about things.

All of us have frustrations. We should be able to handle it well otherwise it will get the best of us. If you are not able to check that, you will be grumpy all the time. Everyone should look for an outlet like eating, shopping or doing something interesting to get our minds out of it. Be happy!

There are just a lot of times where I get rather frustrated, when there are just going to be times where something is really going to be out of my control. I really do my best to minimize whatever damages, but you'd be surprised about how much the action of others really do in fact drive the life that you in fact live. There are just going to be a lot of times where it just overwhelms us. Yet, I've got to really press on, press forward, and really move with my life. Dealing with frustrations rather one moment right at the time. There are just going to really be many times where it can overwhelm us all, but there are times where a step back and a deep breath is needed. Hopefully the frustrations is something that we can deal with.

I usually get frustrated when I had done everything I could but still the results does not turn out satifactory. I don't expect perfection in everything. I just want to be satisfied with the results. But it usually ends up like I am on the losing side always. I hope I could also learn how to be more patient and also not get frustated that much but I guess I am not that lucky at all.

Yes. But I am trying to control this. As this might lead to fights and misunderstanding.

I get terribly frustrated with other drivers that love to cut in front of me when I'm on the highway going 60 mph. I also about lose my mind when someone is tailing me. No way that person behind me could stop if I had a flat tire or some other emergency and had to slow down. I drive an suv so it's not like they can't see my car. Takes alot to make me mad but when I get there, it's not always so pretty. However if I lose my temper I get right over it, almost immediately.

I usually get frustrated too when something I have been expecting didn't happen. Such feeling is not really good, that is why I wanted to learn how to be more patient and look positively on thing.

hi shylade, wow let me count the things that frustrates me... I rruly dislike of waiting on people...time is precious to me and when I say 7:00 I mean 7:00 pm...five after and I am still waiting for you to come out of your house,,,I am just plain frustrated/upset...because I have given you plenty of time to be ready,,,,I dislike people who are always trying to start drama,,not minding their own business...it frustrates me when I am walking on the street and there is a gang just standing around and act like they own the sidewalk....and much much more.....
