Evidence of collusion between Capital Police Chief Tubbs and the University of Wisconsin Association of Teachers Assistants. The protesters were required to get a permit for a pre planned event, but didn't bother. When Chief Tubbs confronted the organizers, they refused to leave. 6 weddings were planned in the Capital Rotunda today... all took the time to secure permits.
So we have evidence hear that the Chief of Police made an illegal deal with the protesters, which cost 6 wedding parties their right to use the rotunda.
Yeah, this "protest" is about the people's rights.. sure.

Hate to tell you this, but Collusion really isn't illegal anymore. It is like adultery: I is illegal, but NO ONE is ever charged with it. Just look at gas prices!!!

I hate to tell you this, but a cop making deals to help people break the law (no matter what you call it) is still corrupt. He violated the rights of those who complied with the law in favor of law breakers.
Can't you even get yourself to see that?

What does that have to do with a cop making deals with a group to allow them to break the law?

Ted, then next time gas prices go up at one station, and all of the other ones follow why don't you file a complaint with your attorney generals office, and see what happens

It is not about a protest it is spoiled people who want to do their thing and don't care about other people. I hate to sound crass but maybe we should start arresting these people and form a chain gang until they work off their fine. Every one ot the TA should lose their job if they were to be teaching a class today. Every student who participated in the illegal demonstration should lose all financial aid. We are not paying for people to violate the law. They have no trouble trampling over everyone elses rights to make their point. Where are the rubber bullets, maybe they will listen after being hit a few time.
As to the Chief if he can't or won't enforce the law then fire him. He gave preference to the protesters over the law abiding citizens.
ho will be responsible for the ruined wedding caused by these spoiled bumbs? Just like the Unions and the Occupy Wall Street movement it is all about us and to he11 with the rest of the people. If we let them get away with this it will be a long hot summer and the President will have every reason to declare Martial Law and it would not surprise me if such protesters tried to close down voting in certain districts.

Yah, and compare all this to how it's ok to call the tea party protesters obscene names and "almost terrorists"!

This is especially bad when it so obviously infringes upon other's rights.. other's who did the necessary and required red tape as opposed to those who didn't, thus openly defying the law (and also respect, etc).
