Current life---it is difficult for finding a appropriate job in TIANJIN city

Long time no writing about in mylot . At present, i have been busying to find a job which it is ideal and high-salary . However there are some unfavourable situation i faced,especially matenity leave for married women in TIANJIN city of CHINA .i deeply feel that the society gives us cruel and unfair .why large of company doesn't leave a job for the person whose married ?

Yes it can be very unfair in the work place, here in Australia we have unions that do try and get better working conditions for married women, it is a very big problem all over the world I think.
