Barking neighbor dog - HELP!! / myLot

My neighbors dog barks all night. The neighbor also happens to be really weird and a bit scarey, so I don't want to get him upset. What do I do?? Help!!

Give him a copy of Cesar Millan's book "'Dog Whisperer' Training Approach More Harmful Than Helpful", or his episodes for his television series, Dog Whisperer. Seriously, this guy is so good and he can teach one to handle such situations.. He has like plenty of books, series and stuff concerning dogs. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cesar_Millan

call animal control, most cities have a barking dog law..

Yes, I would call animal control.I just had to call this am. My neighbors dog was barking from 7:15 am and at 9am, I finally had to call. I have spoken to her about this problem before and she does not care. Nothing else I can do.

Have you tried sleeping with earplugs? I am a light sleeper and wake up for almost any sound or noise - so I use earplugs. It has helped me a stack and I sleep much better!
