Does any one see the movie "War Horse"? Do you feel exciting ?

After seeing the movie "War Horse", I think that this story is pretty similar as "Lassie come-home". Both are in World War I and both suffer the pain of war. It is a really a touching story to see how animal conquered so much stuff and came back to its master. However, it is not a new story anymore. Somebody already used the topic of animal in war whether pigeon or dog. Horse may be the first time in the movie, but it does not make me so exciting as I see the movie "save private ryan". That is more touching to me when you see how Tom Hanks wants to save private's life. What is about your opinion ? Do you feel exciting ? or have no feeling.

I have not seen the movie but looking forward to it for sure.Its from Spielberg who has already made classics like Schindler's List and Saving Private Ryan on World War.Having said that i was somewhat disappointed when i saw Tintin from same director, i found it repetitive,i mean there were lot of scenes which we have seen in Indiana Jones series.However this movie is nominated for 6 Oscars,so it has to be good.

I am sure that Oscar nominated movies must have some good. It background music is terrific. When you hear the theme song, you would know that horse is coming. Its melody is much stronger than I hear in Saving Private Ryan. I still don't know what's the theme song of that movie.

this is very good..i love WAR HORSE..really spreb movie making by spielberg..hope it will become the winner for best picture this coming feb26th Oscars..
