How do you cash out the money here, is there a minimum you need to have? And how do you cash it?

The minimum amount that you cash out is $10. You do not have to do anything, just fill in your Paypal account and the money is automatically sent to your account once you reaches the paymount balance.

First create am account on Paypal. Mylot minimum cash out is $10. When you have finished $10 mylot will pay you.
