Healthy with exercise or with food?

Health is important. Everyone wants to be healthier and healthier than ever. There are people who exercise to be healthy, and some are keeping the food to be healthy. Which is more appropriate for you healthy with exercise or with food? and why?

Both food and exercise are important for health. Balanced nutrition is essential for people, otherwise diseases will follow you without notice. But only exercising without physical support definitely won't last long.

Exercise is definitely necessary for people to be healthy.Also,with a healthy diet can also be a part of this.Only these two combined together,can people own healthy body.A friend of mine told me to do so in order to achieve my goal.Just keep doing.

for me, it both works. in order to be healthy you should be able to have the minimum exercise you need, and also of course you need to eat healthy.

i think both are important,but i still prefer food.you have to choose healthy food that are suitable to yourself,all things you eat affect your whole body and blood circulating,,,

Well, I would say both exercise and food are equally important. For me, how many food was taken, same amount of exercise has to be done. Input and output. Maybe a little bit more exercise can be better, as the body will be well trained, and a good body will ensure good health.
