Do you often meet your shool mates?

50 years is a long time. It is great to have such a gathering. I seldom meet my school mates. Actually we seldom keep in touch with each other. Perhaps today we are all busy with our work. Besides, our children are still little and we have to spend more time for them. I love China

That sounds like great fun!! I unfortunately do not meet up with old school mates. I have wondered about them throughout the years but the way I have traveled I have not been able to keep up with them all. I am happy for you that you are able get together with them and the video sounds like a great idea!

This is also the 50th anniversary of my final year school class and we celebrated it this month on the 5th with a get-together at my residence.we were 11 people.Now we are having the 2nd part of our get-together on the 26th where those who could not make it plus those who also had come are once again coming to my house.This time there will be about 15 friends.we had drinks ,snacks and dinner and this time also we will have the same.This time we will have a large chocolate cake too.we have been meeting every year since 2008 but this is a special occaision.

My school also have the annual gatherings. So far, I have joined them twice, once is back in my hometown and another time was in the city where I stay now. There was once a huge celebration for the 100th year anniversary of our school and it was very grand and held in one of the posh hotel there. However I did not join them as I do not have a place to stay and staying in the hotel there is real costly. From what I see in the Facebook, it is really awesome. I believe you will enjoy yourself very much and meeting all your classmates and catch-up with each other on the latest updates will be great fun too. Happy celebrating

Hi zhuhuifen46, Nice to hear that. I don't meet schoolmates often. Just I have got my old friends back only through facebook. I even have friends which I have lost them before 15 - 20 years back. Once in year we will have a gettogether and will chat and go for an outing esp in hilly areas and enjoy that full day. This gettogether thing happened only because of a friend who used to collect contacts, pictures of friends when we were kids. Now he posted on facebook and we came to know that through some means and now most of us are connected. It is really nice to enjoy with old friends... Nice discussion. Cheers....
