Friends! I have not fully explored the benefits of paypal. Is it possible to send money to someone using paypal even though it is not business-related?

Sure it is possible.. There are two kind of transaction in Paypal though; personal transaction and commercial transaction. The fees that might applied are different between each other. If you are going to send money that is not business-related, then you should mark your transaction as "Personal Payment" before sending one. :)

Yes. I send my money in Paypal to my brother as a way of encashing my money there. Because if I would withdraw it through my bank account, it will be deducted a fee. Just mark it personal payment before you send it.

yes you could send it to them if they have PayPal account even those unverified on. they could still receive and send money to you and so they are. but they have limited amount. after you send money to them they could use t to buy online or send it to their debit bank account. you could send through PayPal by choosing to send through personal. you could see that in PayPal when you attempt to send amount just choose the sending through personal.
