Be honest, can you go out without make up?

Women can join this discussion, and if your a guy, maybe you can share your thoughts too. For example, your going out, need to shop, buy things, visit other friend's house, can you really go out without any make up on?

I spend most of my life without makeup. Sometimes, if I'm having a spotty day I might apply come concealer, or if my eyes are bland and tired, I might apply a single layer of mascara, but other than that, unless I'm going out on the town (which rarely happens), I don't wear makeup at all.

I noticed some women go out without it.
My wife goes out shopping without it either.
All women who work in an office use make-up.
