FlipTop - The First Filipino Rap Battle League I am not a fan of hip hop but when I watched this in You Tube, I was totally hooked. It is a rap battle and it is really interesting. The punch lines are really funny and well made. Some are really well delivered, and some are not but it is really enjoying. It is really interesting if the battle is not scripted and impromptu. You will see how creative these guys can be.

Hi tipay26! I heard a song once in a jeepney and I realized its Dello. You can easily distinguish his voice. He is very good rapper. Not the best for me but indeed very good and talented.

Hi bhonti! I think some of the Fliptop rappers appear on Bubble Gang already with Boy Pickup. I love Bubble Gang as well. They are airing for more than 10 years? I'm not sure but the show is still great.

Hi Chiwasaki! It's my brother who introduced FlipTop Battle to me and my husband. At first I don't really like it specially when I hear some who uses vulgar words, but some lines really makes me laugh. But since my brother is watching it everyday when he's with us, I think I also get interested and since then even if my brother is no longer living with us, my husband and I still watch some battles, its funny coz sometimes we talk in the fliptop way. haha Anyway, I like the battle between Looney and Zaito, as well as those with Dello and Target. They are definitely smart and fast thinkers. Zaito is really funny!

FlipTop was first introduced to me by my classmates but unlike you I am not a fan and didn't enjoy it that much. But I'm not saying that the ones who are joining in are not good. They're good actually and some are awesome but I don't like hiphop and rap music that much so Fliptop doesn't appeal to me as well. Despite my being not a fun I still encourage people to watch FlipTop, most of my mates in school do. Hope you still enjoy and continue to support Filipino artist such as those who are seen in FlipTop.

Hi Unah08! I am not a fan of rap but I love watching Fliptop. I have seen some boring duels, where I did not continue to watch. But there are some that are really good. I am not a big fan of FlipTop but I really enjoyes it. It was my boyfriend who introduced it to me. I was kinda hesistant at first because I do not like rap but I enjoyed it eventually.

I agree with you about Flip top group. They are interesting even I am not an avid fan of them. They are very artistic. They need no scripts. In fact, the best thing you will learn from them is their creativity as what you have said and their manner of delivering such lines..

Hi Genericbe! They are really creative when it comes to their lines and their rebuttals. I'm sure some are scripted yet it still funny. It feels like their rap is very natural. Even those who are not good are funny.

I'm also not a fan of those people who love to rap. My brother used to idolizes this kind of stuff. I have watched some video and I find it entertaining because they are happy with what they are doing. Those rap battle is not scripted because there was a time that we had this kind of game in our place. You will appreciate it because those people really have a hidden talent.

Hi craziestqueenever! Try watching the 'FlipTop' battle in particular. There are a lot of rap battles online but this one is funny. They composed their lyrics very well. I think those Fliptop rappers already appear in tv programs like Bubble Gang.

So this is Fliptop all about. I watched this video on youtube.com a while ago and based on my review is as if they are arguing each other in the form of a rap. As for me, I really do not like it. This is just my own opinion and I hope no one will get mad at me. This is just what I see with my own eyes. Anyway, they are nice and good people. Maybe I expect too much with the video so I easily got disappointed. I thought a rap battle that I am going to see is a decent show like what I have seen in some television show.

My eldest son also introduced me to flip top, I think it's unique in the sense that it's a new music genre (Filipino rap)but I just warned him about the foul language. I think there were already rap battles even during the time of the late Filipino master rapper Francis M.,but were should I say more formal than the free style format of flip top

Yeah! Since my friends told me about Fliptop, I started to get hooked to it. I watch each video that I can see. The rap battle is sometimes heated and very comic. I really love the great punch lines they pull off. However, I am not updated now with the latest matches. My favorite Fliptop artist is Looney and Saito. Delo can also put up nice liners too that are really relevant and catchy. The Fliptop battle is really entertaining. I just hate those try hard guys who just say vulgar words with no sense in what they are pulling off. They just destroy the game. Anyway, such kind of things really reveals great talents of our rappers. Getting to hear their rhyming word of mouth really is entertaining. In fact, once in a while I try to create my Fliptop piece as punch lines with my friends.

Hi there chiwasaki, That is nice i would love to see that in you tube, am not a fan of rap but i do listen to some, and i think that this is cool it is very spontaneous and you can find wit in them because they have to think fast so that they can answer back the rap of the other group with strong words, not only words, words that have meaning and that rhymes, i'm gonna watch this now...
