Protect your skin from the sun, for the sun can cook our skin, loosing its natural oil and damaging the lipids of our skin. Don't smoke, smoking is dangerous to your lungs and that is also the same with your skin. Treat your skin gently, dont rub your skin, avoid using produnts like alchohol, parabens or whitening which literally peels off the lipids of your skin. Manage stress, ofcourse if we feel good that would also reflect on our skin, get enough sleep.
